IraqSat makes the following software available to assist our engineers and technically-literate customers. This software is provided by their respective developers, and is free of charge and without warranty. IraqSat does not guarantee that this software functions correctly. Use at your own risk.
Customers who use this software to modify their systems without approval from IraqSat violate the terms of their warranty. Any damage caused by the use of this software without such approval is entirely the responsibility of the customer. In the event that IraqSat is required to repair said damage, the customer will be billed in full for all work performed and equipment replaced.

Cisco ATA 186 Firmware v3.01 SIP
Upgrades a Cisco ATA 186 to firmware version 3.01 for SIP VOIP protocol. To use IraqSat VOIP service on your Cisco ATA 186, you must use this firmware release or later. DIU Configuration Editor 5.55

iDirect iSite
Used to configure an iDirect Indoor Unit. You must have a copy of the iDirect site configuration for your site (available only to IraqSat engineers or by special request), and be familiar with the iDirect installation procedure. Copyright © iDirect. MS Windows Executable.
iDirect systems not provided by IraqSat may be running an older version of the iDirect software. For those systems, the following software may be required. iSite is for all systems running firmware version 5. NetManager is for all systems running older software releases and is required to upgrade them to newer firmware. Lacuna SatMeter 3
Configures Lacuna SatMeter handheld units. Requires a custom Lacuna serial cable. Does not work with all serial ports, particularly laptop serial ports. If it does not work on your PC, try another. Tachyon Install Wizard Setup
Used to setup the Tachyon Install Wizard. The Install Wizard software installs a TAP key on a Tachyon CPE unit. You must have a copy of the TAP key for your site (available only to IraqSat engineers or by special request) and be familiar with the Tachyon installation procedure. Also provided is the latest hardwarelist.txt file describing hardware used by the Tachyon European teleport. Copy this file into the "C:\Program Files\Tachyon\TAP Installation Wizard" directory after setup, overwriting the copy that is there. Copyright © Tachyon Networks, Inc. MS Windows Executable.
